To schedule a vaccination appointment, call the DCODPH at 919-560-9217. Now scheduling first, second and third-dose appointments for the Durham County Department of Public Health vaccination clinic. Walk-ins are also welcome! DCODPH Clinic Hours: Mondays 9 am-4 pm, Tuesdays 9am-6pm, Wednesdays 9am-4pm; and Thursdays 9am-4pm. Closed 11:30am-1pm daily. Need your vaccine?
