How to Print Your Tax Document

If you're using Online Giving, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into Online Giving: https://www.osvonlinegiving.com/2955

2. Select the last option “View My Giving History & Tax Information”

3. Select “Print” and complete form with dates and select report (for tax purposes)

4. Then your report will open in a new window and you can select if you’d like to print or download.

If you're contributing using regular envelopes, you will receive your official tax statement in the mail. If you would like to view your contributions online, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into Access ACS: secure.accessacs.com/access/login.aspx

2. Under Home, select "My Profile"

3. Click on the third tab "My Giving History"

4. There you can select a calendar year or edit to a date range.
