Personnel Expenses:
  • 3 Friars 
  • 14 full time staff: Accountant, Director of Stewardship and Faith Formation, Stewardship Coordinator, Director of CGS, CGS Coordinator, , Director of Youth Ministry, Faith Formation Administrator, Director of Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation, Coordinator of Baptism, Coordinator of Communications and Scheduling, Latino Pastoral Associate, Pastoral Associate for Music and Liturgy, Facilities Manager and Maintenance Technician.

Tuition: Tuition collected for the 2024/2025 school year
Tuition Assistance: Tuition assistance from donations/fundraisers/endowment disbursements applied to 2023/2024 school year.
Fees: Application, registration, and Gibbon’s shuttle fees
Gifts: Annual fund, Fall fundraiser, Spring fundraiser, book fair (does not include gifts made for a specific restricted purpose or contributions to endowments)
Miscellaneous: Past-due tuition and fees collected from previous year, E-Rate funds and interest.
Cafeteria: Milk and food sales
Student Activities: Heritage Celebrations, 8th Grade trip, Drama, Choir/Band, Space U, Student Council, Athletic Fees
Extended Day: Camps, After Care, Clubs
Parent Groups: Home & School Association

Education Wage & Benefits: Wages and benefits for instructional staff
Technology: Computer lab and software
General Wage & Benefits: Wages and benefits for all staff not included in Education

Advancement & Development: Advertising, admissions, and development (including fundraising events)

Student Activities: Athletics, class activities, class start up, graduation, MS retreat, 8th grade trip, Kings Dominion, yearbook, heritage celebrations, drama, Space U, student council, field trips.

4. Tuition assistance from Immaculate Conception enabled 34 students to attend Immaculata with some financial aid.
Other:
1. Latino Food Sale raises money for the BAA and the parish. Of the funds raised through the food sale $21,321 stayed in the parish.
2. The parish raised $198,000 of our $216,000 goal set by the diocese for the BAA.
