Over half of our children come from Spanish-speaking homes, and we do catechesis in English, Spanish, and bilingually. We also have a growing ministry for children and young adults with special needs or developmental disabilities.
The parish CGS program has a dedicated team of volunteer catechists, and the school has two paid CGS catechists. We work together as one program with shared environments, materials, trainings, and sacramental events. The administrative assistant aids the director of CGS with coordinating and supporting the catechists at the parish and the school, aids the bilingual faith formation administrator with paperwork and communication with parents, and is one of the lead catechists in the parish atria.
