2019-2020 Campus Blocks

Campus blocks can last all day or a portion of the day. In some instances, the Parish Office and campus will be closed and there will not be a Door Steward present (in this situation, if a member of the staff wants to have a meeting for one of their groups, they will have to open, stay with the group for the entirety of the meeting and then lock up). For more information on Campus Blocks please refer to #17 of the Policies Governing Use of Parish Facilities document. Check the Parish Calendar before requesting space for the most up to date information.

School & Olive Tree Building Maintenance, July 1-7 (Blocked all day/all week, NO EVENTS – NO EXCEPTIONS
Independence Day – July 4 (for 2019: will apply to day after as well: Thu, Jul 4 and Fri, Jul 5) – No door person

ICS Back to School Night. Middle School: Mon, August 19, 6-8 pm – PK-5th: Tue, August 27, 6-8 pm.
