Important Campus Security Announcement

There have been a number of car break-ins on the campus of our parish during the English and Spanish weekend Masses and during night time meetings. We are very sorry about the financial and emotional distress those incidents inflicted on our fellow parishioners. Please know that we are taking steps that may serve as a deterrent and are developing a comprehensive plan to address these and other public safety issues on our campus. Several dedicated parishioners with a law enforcement background are assisting us in that task and we are grateful for that. In the meantime, we would urge you to make sure you do not leave anything valuable in your car, e.g., wallets, mobile phones, visible change in any amount, credit cards, gift cards, expensive sunglasses, expensive tools, full shopping bags or any electronic equipment that may further incentivize the burglars. We will keep you informed as more specific security measures become implemented. Thank you for your collaboration.
